We are seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Consultancy Partner to join to design and implement the strategy for our clients' Southwest region and grow the advisory team within our Private Client Tax practice. This is a key strategic hire, suited to a senior tax professional with deep private client expertise and a passion for shaping a modern, forward?thinking service offering within an ambitious and expanding firm.

In this role, you will implement strategy, oversee the delivery of tailored tax services to a diverse portfolio of high?net?worth and entrepreneurial clients, covering personal tax compliance, trust taxation, and strategic wealth planning. You will develop strong client relationships, providing proactive advice on complex legislation.

The position will also involve significant business development, both the identification of external opportunities, as well as leveraging off of internal partner networks to grow the firm's portfolio cross the region.

The successful candidate will bring private client advisory, including:

• IHT
• Trusts
• family investment companies
• inter-generational planning
• CGT, residence
• domicile matters

Strong leadership capability is essential, with a proven track record of motivating teams, driving an innovative culture at Director or Partner level.
