Responsibilities:
  • Delivering and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management framework for the Group.
  • Performing a robust 2nd line Assurance programme.
  • Working with 1st line colleagues to complete risk management processes.
  • Striving to develop a strong risk culture and support business functions and the leadership team in understanding risk matters in a meaningful and pragmatic manner.
    • Requirements:
  • Strong risk management experience with an excellent understanding of Operational Risk Management in a Financial Services environment.
  • A proven track record of executing RCSAs.
  • A proven track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Must be immediately available or available to start at short notice (less than 2 weeks’ notice).

    • You will ideally be in the office 2 days a week, although 1 day per week (or 2 days per fortnight) would also be considered. The office is a short walk from Bath Spa station.
