Are you an experienced Town Planner or Senior Planner looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established and highly respected planning consultancy based in the beautiful city of Bath
, is looking for a talented Senior Planner to join their growing team.

Working closely with a diverse client base across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, you’ll lead on a range of exciting planning projects from pre-application to appeal stage. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a forward-thinking consultancy that values creativity, collaboration, and professional development.

• Managing a varied portfolio of planning applications and appeals
• Providing expert planning advice to clients and stakeholders
• Preparing and submitting high-quality planning reports and statements
• Engaging with local authorities, developers, and consultants
• Supporting junior members of the planning team
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards full membership)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in town planning, ideally within consultancy or local authority
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and current policy landscape
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality planning outcomes
