We are seeking to appoint 3 resident Boarding Assistants on a fixed term contract. The successful candidates will live in shared accommodation with two other graduates within our listed building, situated in Bath’s UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Responsibilities- Assist with day‑to‑day running of the boarding houses.
- Organise, run and staff the Weekend Programme.
- Handle administrative tasks related to boarding.
- Support students in class by encouraging pupil learning and skill acquisition.
- Provide a complementary and supportive role in a residential setting, including morning, evening and weekend duties.
- Enjoy 24 hours off duty per week, plus additional time off when not on duty in House.
- Team player with a proven track record of being proactive and highly organised.
- Ability to act on own initiative and demonstrate a fair but firm approach.
- Enjoys working with young people and has energy, enthusiasm and commitment to a boarding school environment.
