We are seeking to appoint 3 resident Boarding Assistants on a fixed term contract. The successful candidates will live in shared accommodation with two other graduates within our listed building, situated in Bath’s UNESCO World Heritage Site.

• Assist with day‑to‑day running of the boarding houses.
• Organise, run and staff the Weekend Programme.
• Handle administrative tasks related to boarding.
• Support students in class by encouraging pupil learning and skill acquisition.
• Provide a complementary and supportive role in a residential setting, including morning, evening and weekend duties.
• Enjoy 24 hours off duty per week, plus additional time off when not on duty in House.

• Team player with a proven track record of being proactive and highly organised.
• Ability to act on own initiative and demonstrate a fair but firm approach.
