Teacher Active is working closely with secondary schools in Bath that require reliable Cover Supervisors for day-to-day supply cover. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in TEFL, CELTA, or English language teaching who are confident leading classrooms and supporting students with literacy and language development.

• Deliver pre-set work and maintain positive behaviour
• Maintain continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
• Supervise whole classes during teacher absence
• Deliver and explain pre-set lesson content
• Support students with English language and literacy needs
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment

• Hold a TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent English language qualification
• Have experience working with young people or in educational settings
• Be confident leading groups and managing behaviour
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Be flexible, reliable, and adaptable to different school environments
