If so, this Learning Support Assistant role could be a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference to children who require extra support to reach their full potential.
We are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a well-respected primary school in Bath. This role has a strong SEN focus and involves providing 1:1 support and small group interventions for pupils with a range of additional needs, including learning difficulties, autism, speech and language needs, and social or emotional challenges.

- Primary Mainstream School
- Bath
- £80-95 per day
- Full-time (8:30am-3:30pm)
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting children with SEN
- Confident adapting strategies to suit diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience supporting SEN (desirable but not essential)
- A proactive and nurturing approach to learning support
- A welcoming, inclusive, and child-centred school community in Bath
- A fulfilling role supporting pupils who genuinely benefit from additional care and guidance
- Valuable experience for those pursuing careers in education, SEN, or psychology
