What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in customer service or relationship management

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems

Ability to work independently and resolve issues promptly

A proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction
