Creative Technology & Production Intern

Are you ready to dive into the world of creative technology, modern video production, and AI assisted content creation? Discovery Education is looking for an energetic, creative, and passionate Creative Technology & Production Intern to join our Strategy & Transformation. Reporting to the Head of Production, this intern will play a key role in supporting various projects and contributing to the modernization and automation of production workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and creative output.

• Support Key Projects:
  Assist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of automated editing initiatives, immersive content editing, AI assisted asset creation, and motion graphics workflows that align with the department’s goals.
• Create Impactful Content:
  Edit, design, develop, generate, and assemble materials such as immersive video content, AI generated images, motion graphics templates, animations, storyboards, and production assets.
• Contribute to Strategy:
  Participate in strategic discussions and contribute ideas related to video automation, workflow optimization, emerging creative technologies, and modern production techniques.
• Build Your Portfolio:
  Gain hands‑on experience in editagent development, AI image generation, motion graphics, immersive media formats, and creative technical production workflows. You’ll have the chance to work on real‑world projects that will strengthen your professional portfolio.
• Analyze and Learn:
  Track data, test tools, evaluate results, and document efficiency improvements, helping us refine and improve key processes or projects.

• Learn from experienced professionals in the field of modern video production, creative technology, automation, and AIdriven workflows.
• Gain experience with AI image generation tools, automated editing systems, motion graphics software, immersive media formats, asset management workflows, and production pipeline optimization.
• Develop a deeper understanding of how creative and technical workflows intersect to support scalable production, automation, and content innovation.

• An excitement for creative technology, video production, automation tools, AI assisted workflows, and digital media creation and a desire to grow professionally.
• Whether through coursework or previous experience (1–4 years), you’re eager to apply your knowledge in a real‑world setting.
• Ability to approach challenges with creative, solution‑oriented thinking.
• Enrolled in or completed a degree in Creative Technology, Digital Media, Motion Graphics, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Must be willing to travel to our Bath Headquarters 2–3 times per week.

The hiring range for this position is £12.23 hourly. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
