Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re working with a specialist creative and marketing agency with a renowned reputation in their industry. They’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong digital craft, a great eye for detail, and a genuine passion for producing standout creative.

You’ll be working across a broad and exciting client portfolio, collaborating closely with the wider creative, account management, social, PR, media, video, and digital teams. Your mission will be to deliver high-quality creative work across digital, social, video, print, and direct-to-consumer channels – always on brand, always on time, and always to a high standard.

This is a varied, hands‑on role where you’ll get involved in everything from campaign concepts and brand work, through to day‑to‑day design, artwork, and production. You’ll support the Head of Design, contribute to pitches and proposals, and play a key role in shaping the creative output of the agency.

The team works from the office 4 days per week during standard business hours, so this suits someone who enjoys being embedded in a collaborative, creative studio environment.

Skills & Experience
  • At least 3 years’ agency experience in a creative/design role
  • Strong skills across digital, print and motion design
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects in particular)
  • Experience taking work from concept through to delivery
  • A strong understanding of designing for digital and multi‑channel campaigns
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfortable working at pace and under pressure without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to generate ideas, contribute to campaign concepts, and support pitches/proposals
  • Experience sourcing or creating photography, illustrations, and graphics
  • Bonus points if you have HTML5 experience (not essential)
  • Bonus points if you’re excited about integrating AI into creative workflows
  • Most importantly, you’ll be a creative thinker, well organised, full of ideas, and proud of the work you put into the world.

Depending on experience, there’s a salary on offer here of up to £40k. You’ll be joining a small but ambitious and fast‑growing agency working with some of the most exciting and well‑known brands in the cycling and performance space. The environment is creative, collaborative, and friendly, but with high standards and big ambitions.

You can expect a genuinely varied role, loads of creative exposure across different channels and brands, and the chance to have real impact on the work the agency produces. You’ll be based in a great office environment and surrounded by people who really care about craft, ideas, and doing great work.

If you’re a designer who loves creating great work, enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a specialist agency with a strong creative reputation, this could be a brilliant next step. Get in touch with Nick for more info!
