The Role: £25,000 - £28,000
The Videographer & Editor is responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality video content across digital platforms. This role combines creative storytelling with technical execution, working closely with producers, creatives, and clients to bring ideas to life from concept through final delivery. A creative, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable owning projects end-to-end, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about producing high-quality video content.
Key Responsibilities Production (Videography)- Shoot high-quality video content across a range of formats (social, You Tube, branded, commercial).
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment on location.
- Collaborate with team members to execute creative briefs.
- Ensure footage meets technical and creative standards.
- Edit short- and long-form video content using industry-standard software.
- Apply colour correction, sound mixing, basic motion graphics, and subtitles where required.
- Manage media, versioning, and exports for multiple platforms.
- Deliver content on time while maintaining consistent quality.
- Contribute ideas to content development and visual approach.
- Work closely with producers, social teams, and account managers.
- Adapt edits based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Maintain organised project files and asset libraries.
- Stay up to date with platform specs, trends, and best practices.
- Assist with equipment prep, storage, and maintenance.
- Proven experience as a videographer and editor (agency, brand, or freelance).
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound.
- Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
- Strong visual storytelling and pacing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience shooting for social-first platforms.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
- Colour grading experience.
- Understanding of branded content and client deliverables.
- A natural storyteller with a passion for cars and car culture (JDM, classics, motor sport, EVs)
- Confident and professional in communication
- Passionate about You Tube, social media, and digital content
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Experience with Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Adobe Suite, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- Some experience in production, marketing, media, or account support preferred but not essential
