Position: Supervisor (Temporary)
Demolition Supervisor – Immediate Start

PCR are seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor to start Wednesday 21st January on a project involving the demolition of two buildings.

The works will be delivered in two phases:

* Phase 1: 4 weeks

* Phase 2: 6 weeks

The contract duration is 10 weeks, with a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities

* Supervise demolition works on site ensuring safe and efficient delivery

* Manage operatives and subcontractors

* Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations

* Coordinate works in line with programme and method statements

* Liaise with site management and client representatives

* Maintain site records and daily reports

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

* Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor

* Valid SSSTS or SMSTS

* CCDO / CCDO Demolition Card (Supervisor level)

* Strong knowledge of demolition sequencing and safety controls

* Ability to start immediately
