Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Project Manager with immediate effect.

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within Commercial New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out / Cut & Carve, Cladding / Facade, and Residential. Project values are typically up to 30M.

My client are looking for a candidate with a good Main Contractor background and experience delivering projects as a No.1. Whilst working in this role, you will lead a 6M project in Bath that consists of the below:

• Existing Office Block
• Re-Cladding - Roofing - M&E - CAT A Fit
• Potential CAT B Fit Out to follow

You will have support in the form of an existing Operational team, whilst reporting into an Operations Manager and Operations Director.

Relevant degree level qualifications and Construction Certification is essential.
