Volunteers - Bright Children's Centres

Join to apply for the Volunteers - Bright Start Children's Centres role at Bath & North East Somerset Council.

Bright Start Children’s Centre Services provide opportunities for parents and carers with children aged 0-5 to come together to share the challenges and joys of parenthood. Services cover Bath East, Bath West Keynsham, Chew Valley and Somer Valley areas and offer activities and support to help with parenting and give every child the best start in life.

• Child & Family play sessions e.g. Outdoor Play and Explore;
  Stay & Play sessions
• Portage play and explore sessions (Children with SEND)
• Children’s groups
• Gardening
• Buggy walks
• Supporting families in their home who may otherwise struggle to access services

Days and times of sessions are set at the various locations.

All volunteers must be at least 18 years old and subject to an enhanced DBS check.
