Office Administrator
Location: Bath - Office based
Salary: Up to £28,000 (full-time equivalent), pro-rata for part-time hours
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (Full-time) – Part-time and flexible hours considered
Our client is a fast-growing, customer-focused logistics company based in Bath. They pride themselves on reliability, flexibility, and delivering excellent service to clients. As their business continues to grow, they are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their team.
The RoleThis is a key position within the office, supporting day‑to‑day administrative operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and using their own initiative.
Requirements- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience using the Journease app (desirable but full training provided)
- Experience working with SAGE.
- Local Knowledge of Bath/Bristol and surrounding areas is an advantage
- General office administration and data entry
- Managing bookings and delivery schedules
- Process orders and payments
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting management with ad‑hoc administrative tasks
