The Duchy of Cornwall – a dynamic, future-focused landed estate dedicated to creating a positive impact for people, places, and the planet – is seeking a professional and organised Business Support – Property team member to provide essential administrative support to its Property Team.
Key Responsibilities- Providing general support for the Property Team, including letters, emails, minutes, arranging meetings, diary management, making appointments, travel arrangements, collating and completing expense claims, and printing and binding documents.
- Ensuring the Asset Managers are up to date with ECS diary reviews so that lease end and rent reviews are attended to in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and maintaining the schedule of rent reviews and preparing the rent review correspondence and forms.
- Preparing paperwork for all tenancy agreement requests and any other changes to property or tenant details, including compiling information prior to sales.
- Undertaking administration associated with vacant properties, including liaising with utility companies.
- Assisting with invoice authorisation and liaising with Finance to monitor and manage payments.
- Assisting the Asset Managers in compliance with all organisational processes and maintaining systems and information, including electronic filing, archives and retrieving records as needed.
- Being the first point of contact on the telephone for the Asset Team and switchboard calls.
- Assisting with reception cover, deliveries, and general wider office duties.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications, with experience using SharePoint an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills applied with tact and discretion.
- The ability to work and communicate effectively with others and establish positive working relationships at all levels.
- Organised and systematic, precise and accurate in your work, with good self-checking and an openness to discussion, change and development.
- Easy-going yet professional, self-directed and productive, able to work under pressure.
- Experience of property management (desirable).

Salary: £30,000 per annum.
Contract: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week.
