Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, we are looking to recruit a Property Administrator on a permanent basis. After an initial 3‑month training period, we offer hybrid working options (3 days at home).
More About Your RoleAs a Property Administrator, you will provide administrative support to a property management team in a manner that meets client expectations and SLAs while complying with statutory and contractual requirements.
On a daily basis you will work as part of the wider team to review tenancy agreements, check and pay utility bills, and deal with incoming mail.

Experience & Skills- Experience in an administration or customer service role
- Experience with MS Office packages such as Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
