Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Bath
Salary: Up to £33,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (flexible hours will be considered)
About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our clients Operations team. This role is key to delivering exceptional administrative support to advisers, clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a first point of contact for incoming calls from clients and external partners.
- Liaise with advisers, product providers and clients via telephone, email and letter on all aspects of administration.
- Participate actively in team meetings and take responsibility for allocated actions.
- Manage workflow tasks and ensure they are completed within required timescales.
- Scan and link relevant documentation into the back-office system (Intelligent Office).
- Support new business submissions, both manually and online, ensuring compliance at all stages.
- Track the progress of business with product providers and keep advisers informed.
- Process general administration requests within agreed service levels.
