This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in a month at 23:59 GMT.

Sulis Hospital Bath is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Endoscopy Team part time to help with the running of our Administration.

This position works closely with the team to support the smooth running of clinical patient administrative process throughout the patient journey for the CDC. You will ensure Sulis processes are followed to a high standard to provide an efficient and professional service to all patients, consultants, and staff. All patient queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.

• Answer phone enquiries
• Manage patient appointments
• Prepare admission packs for the following day
• Track notes
• Capture booking emails
• Prepare paperwork
• Carry out other administrative duties

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data input
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to self‑manage and prioritise a varied and high‑volume workload while maintaining accuracy
• IT skills with a good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Proven experience working in an admin healthcare environment and successfully in a fast‑paced office environment

PERM – 15 hours a week.

Covering 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday mornings plus hours in the week.

This role requires DBS clearance.
