Legal Secretary - Bath Office Monday-Friday | 9am
-5.15pm Salary banding £25,800- £30,000 dependant on experience

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our busy and successful Bath Office. You will be providing secretarial support a team of 6 in our Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution and Private Client teams. The role will also include a small amount of reception work, greeting clients, taking copies of  general office maintenance.

Duties:

  • Providing all round secretarial support
  • Liaising with clients and answering basic queries
  • Diary management
  • Producing documents (with the use of digital dictation)
  • Maintaining filing and record systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Skills to communicate effectively and ensure that the client's best interests are always served
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Fantastic IT literacy
