In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results. Cross-train and develop staff skills, including succession planning. Hire, train, and provide performance feedback to employees as second-in-command of the market.

Optimize the customer experience through strategic scheduling and management of employee attendance, occurrences, and overtime using Kronos.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Two years of business experience.

At least one year of C Spire retail experience with a strong record of success and demonstrated leadership abilities.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and manage store performance while delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Two years of C Spire retail experience with demonstrated leadership experience and increasing responsibility.
