Job Opportunity – Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse – Arkansas

Schedule:
Full-time position with 3-4 on-call shifts per month, including one 24-hour weekend call shift
Highlights:
Diverse surgical specialties including GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Vascular
Circulating nurse role with pediatric through geriatric patient populations
Medi Tech EMR system in place for streamlined documentation
Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment focused on quality patient outcomes
Flexible on-call schedule with predictable weekend rotation
Requirements:
Active Arkansas RN License or Compact RN License (verified through Nursys)
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required
Current circulating experience across multiple surgical specialties (GYN, ENT, Urology, Ortho, General, Vascular)
Medi Tech EMR experience required
Experience providing care to pediatric through geriatric patient populations
BLS (American Heart Association) certification required
ACLS and PALS (American Heart Association) certifications required
Current OR skills checklist (within 1 year)
Two supervisory reference forms from within the last two years
Must reside outside a 90-mile radius of the facility location
