Led by Owner and Principal, Randy Reichardt, the agency is supported by a dedicated team of licensed agents. We offer a range of insurance products, including Home, Auto, RV, Life, and specialized Voluntary and Worksite coverages such as Vision, Dental, and Disability insurance, tailored to fit the needs of our clients.

This is a full-time on-site position for a Life and Health Insurance Agent based in Batesville, AR. The agent will engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide tailored recommendations for life and health insurance products, and build strong relationships with customers. Daily responsibilities include explaining policy options, processing applications, servicing current accounts, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The agent will work collaboratively with the internal team to achieve sales goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Preferred, but not required

• Knowledge and experience in Insurance Brokerage and Life and Health Insurance products.
• Proficiency in Health Insurance offerings, including policy options and regulations.
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build customer trust.
• License to sell life and health insurance in Arkansas or the ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Proven sales experience and customer-focused approach in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using basic office software and insurance management tools.
