The primary caseload will be served at Lake Hamilton Schools while the position is held with our Benton Outpatient Clinic.
Salary$16 - $20+ depending on experience and education!
Provider OverviewThe Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) is responsible for providing behavioral health interventions and community support services to clients who are receiving services through Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Services. The delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and meets all government regulation, licensing, and accreditation requirements.

- Bachelor degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in a related behavioral health field for a degreed Qualified Behavioral Health Provider.
- Non-degreed Qualified Behavioral Health Provider shall have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Both degreed and non-degreed require successful completion of 40 hour Qualified Behavioral Health Provider training.
- Computer skills necessary.
