The Springs of Batesville is seeking a dedicated and flexible Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain mobility and independence—and you’re great at jumping in where needed—we’d love to have you on call.
What You’ll Do:- Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
- Encourage patients, track progress, and document with accuracy
- Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented therapy department
- Active PTA license in Arkansas
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- PRN availability and a positive, proactive mindset
- A genuine passion for patient care
- Friendly, professional rehab team
- Flexible per diem schedule
- Rewarding work with meaningful outcomes
- Located in beautiful Batesville, AR
