What You’ll Do

As an Accounting Specialist
, you will play an essential role in supporting the Accounting Department and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing vendor payments and handling Accounts Payable transactions
  • Reconciling general ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy in all entries
  • Creating, verifying, and sending wire transfers
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and departmental correspondence
  • Maintaining W‑9 records and other key documentation
  • Supporting a variety of internal accounting functions that contribute to the Bank's operational success

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thorough, and committed to excellence in financial processes.
