Job Description:The Inbound Sales Representative plays a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience while driving revenue through consultative selling. This role supports inbound customer inquiries, manages orders from start to finish, and identifies opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from new and existing customers
- Convert inbound inquiries into sales through relationship-based selling
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase order value
- Prepare quotes, shipping estimates, and product recommendations
- Enter, process, and track orders within the order management system
- Follow up on open quotes, held orders, and pending payments
- Address order issues, delivery updates, and customer concerns professionally
- Build long-term relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact
- Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across systems
- Meet team sales goals and monthly performance targets
- 1+ year of customer service experience and 1+ year of proven sales success (Retail, wireless, big-box, or inside sales experience welcomed)
- Ability to confidently discuss and demonstrate sales achievements
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Tech-savvy with CRM/ERP tools and phone systems
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
