• Work directly with company leadership and gain real‑world experience in sales, marketing, and e-commerce.
• Develop critical skills in customer engagement, product marketing, and territory management.

• Generate leads and connect with potential customers via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Build strong customer relationships and exceed sales targets.

• Support marketing initiatives including product photos, online listings, promotions, and content.

• Maintain sales materials, pricing spreadsheets, and product listings.
• Travel up to 25% for store visits, trade shows, and customer meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, organized, and enthusiastic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and take ownership in a fast‑growing environment.
• Experience with B2B, Big Box, or e‑commerce is a plus.
