Pay Rate: $22.95/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential

Schedule (2nd Shift): Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM (OT as needed on Fridays)

The Packer III is a key leadership and support role within the Finishing department. This position is responsible for performing all tasks associated with Packer I and Packer II roles, while also serving as a trainer, quality partner, and process leader. The Packer III supports production efficiency, quality performance, and team development while ensuring safety and continuous improvement standards are met across all shifts.

• Train all packers—new and existing—to ensure a full understanding of all Finishing department processes.
• Provide flexibility to conduct training on all shifts when needed.
• Support the development of packing team members through education, coaching, training, and teamwork.
• Provide leadership in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Lead housekeeping and 5S activities in the Finishing area.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Quality Technicians regarding quality issues related to packaging processes; assist in root‑cause analysis and corrective action development.
• Assign positions and roles for the line and set production speeds as needed to support efficiency and quality standards.

• 2+ years of experience in packaging with strong knowledge of print quality standards.
• Demonstrated superior quality performance and understanding.
• Strong ability to motivate others through involvement, coaching, and positive reinforcement.
• A “raise the bar” mindset—continuously pushes expectations higher through leadership and example.

• Has hands‑on experience in packaging and print quality.
