MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (over time required)
Pay Rate:
Between $20.00 to $25.00 based on experience.
The Team Lead coordinates workflow, supports team members, and ensures operational standards are met.
Primary Responsibilities:- Guide and support associates with daily tasks.
- Ensure adherence to safety rules and company policies.
- Assist in training new employees and cross training staff.
- Communicate priorities, goals, and assignments.
- Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality.
- Report operational issues or performance concerns.
- Perform tasks alongside the team when needed.
- Maintain a professional and constructive work environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, professional, and team oriented.
- Ability to uphold productivity and quality standards.
- Attend all daily team meetings.
