Conus - Batavia, Il, 60510 (Remote) to provide Energy, Resources, & Industrials Sector related Program / Project Management Solutions for Proton Improvement Plan Ii Project (Pip-Ii) Construction Administration (Ca) Support Services Services on behalf of The Fermi Research Alliance, Llc (Fra). These services are considered part of the Pro Sidian Energy, Infrastructure, & Environment Sector Group with overall focuses being Tailored Solutions To Meet Global Needs And Manage Resources Across Energy, Infrastructure, & Environment In A Changing Environment.

- Designing buildings and other structures that are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Conducting site surveys and inspections to assess the landscape and surrounding environment and during construction, conducting further inspections to ensure that the work is progressing according to plan.
- Developing and reviewing project plans which include construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired standard.
- Evaluating building materials to determine their strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness. Also responsible for considering the environmental impact of the selected materials.
- Managing construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing contractors and construction workers.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Licensed in the state of Illinois.
- Min 5 years of experience.
- Successful completion of a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Master of Science (M.S.) Degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college.
- Must possess strong technical skills, including knowledge of building design, construction materials and methods, and building codes and regulations, as well as proficiency in computer-aided design (Cad) software and other engineering tools.
- Must be able to identify and solve complex problems related to building design and construction, often working under tight deadlines and within budget constraints.
- Must have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with architects, contractors, and other engineers, and to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineers to achieve project goals.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail, including the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in designs and specifications.
- Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- U.S. Citizenship Required - You Must Be A United States Citizen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (This Employer Participates in the E-Verify Program)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
