• Manage project billing, job costing, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budget tracking
• Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records
• Support month‑end close and assist with audits

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments
• Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Viewpoint Vista is a plus)
• AIA Billing experience
