Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer who is driven by excellence and energized by continuous improvement. You will lead the technical development of a public health education platform designed to empower millions with actionable, trustworthy health knowledge.

As an early technical team member, you will shape the architecture, build the core product, and create a seamless and delightful content experience for users.

Project Director

• Architect and build the platform using React/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js/NestJS or Python/Django (backend)
• Implement and integrate a Headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, Contentful) for scalable content delivery
• Design and maintain REST or Graph
  
  QL APIs for high-performance data access
• Build secure authentication, user management, and subscription workflows (
  Stripe
  )
• Optimize performance, reliability, SEO, and long-term maintainability
• Manage foundational Dev Ops: CI/CD, environments, deployments, and security best practices
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver responsive and thoughtful user experiences
• Maintain high code quality through standards, documentation, and engineering best practices
• Continuously improve processes, architecture, and tools to elevate product and team performance
• Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise in React/Next.js and either Node.js or Python frameworks
• Proven experience with API-driven architectures
• Experience with Postgre
  
  SQL, Redis
  , and cloud platforms (
  AWS/GCP
  )
• Familiarity with Stripe, Firebase
  , and push notification workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills with a product-focused mindset
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver high-impact features
• Experience with health-related apps/websites is a plus
