Channel Sales Engineer (Sell Out) Role Description

• Conduct Product & Sales Training:
  Organize and lead regular training sessions for partner sales teams on new and existing products, key features, competitive advantages, and unique selling propositions.
• Sales Tool Development:
  Create and distribute effective sales collateral, including product brochures, demos, and presentations that partners can use directly with their end‑user clients.
• Technical Support Liaison:
  Act as the first line of support for partners’ technical questions, working closely with the internal technical team to provide timely solutions.
• Key Account Management for Partners:
  Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with the dealer owner and their sales teams.
• New Partner Onboarding:
  Search for new, high‑potential dealers to expand market coverage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in IT / video surveillance or technology industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English; speaking Mandarin/Chinese is a plus point.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven sales skills and ability to drive sales growth.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Channel sales, sales, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a technology company.
• Ability to work on‑site in the region.
