Leasing Manager/Senior Manager (Based in Batam)
Responsibilities

• To develop strategic plans and budget, ensuring maximum occupancy of leasable spaces, optimizing project value and profitability.
• Approach and communicate with prospective tenants for the project that has been assigned by superior.
• Negotiate and finalize the deal with prospective tenants to achieve department occupancy target rate.
• Maintain the tenancy mix of the projects.
• Explore and identify new and unique concepts/tenants for permanent lease.
• Prepare all documentation during leasing process from rental calculation, review lease agreement, follow up supporting documents, down payment and security payment of new tenants.
• Monitor and make sure the new tenants will be opened on time as agreed by both parties.
• Doing regular market research to understand the market and potential competitors.
• Keep up to date with new brands to the market retailers entering Jakarta.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superior / management.
• Coordinate with other related department such as finance, project/fit out, operation, marcomm, etc. for matters involving the tenants.

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Property, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience in Commercial Leasing.
• Resourceful to both international and local brands.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
• A strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken is a must. Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
