Quality Management System Engineer

PERSOL is currently assisting our client from Multinational Electrical Manufacture who is looking for Quality Management System Engineer for Batam placement, as detailed below:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with applicable standards and regulations.
• Ensure company-wide compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Prepare, control, review, and update QMS documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and support external audits (certification bodies and customer audits).
• Manage audit findings, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verify their effectiveness.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and deliver QMS-related training to employees.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as PDCA, risk-based thinking, and process improvement programs.

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / ISO 22301/ IATF 16949).
• Experience with QMS documentation and document control.
• 2+ years of experiences to work in Wire Harness / Cable Harness / Electrical Manufacture will be great advante
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Fluent in Mandarin will be great advantage
• Ability to conduct internal audits and support external audits.
• Knowledge of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
