Responsibilities- Able to manage quality issue (internal/external) and 8D report
- Understand International standard ISO 14001, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610
- Understand International standard ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IPC-A-620
- To manage product quality issue and communicate with Program on customer requirement.
- To conduct inspection data analysis and define the top problem and conduct meeting to ensure corrective measure is implemented
- Assist in the compilation and analysis of quality performance for submission to management for review and discussion
- Assist in conducting Internal Audit
- To ensure quality inspections/ improvement activities are being conducted
- To generate quality related work instruction.
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
- To be able to perform FA activities
- Diploma/Bachelor degree
- Experience min. 2 years
- To be able to perform FA activities
- To be able to ensure that effective implementation of Preventive and corrective action
- Able to conduct RCA and 8D
- Able to facilitate improvement program with such improvement tools eg QCC, Six Sigma methodology, lean manufacturing.
- Able to demonstrate effective leadership
- Able to perform SPC, MSA, PPAP and APQP related to Quality
- Proven work experience in Cable Harness process
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands‑on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands‑on experience with automated testing tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
