QA Lab Engineer

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient QA Lab Engineer to support laboratory operations, material testing, and equipment calibration activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, compliance with standards, and the accuracy of testing results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Perform regular calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Conduct material testing, including ORT (Ongoing Reliability Testing), and analyze test results.
• Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure laboratory records are accurate and up to date.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a testing laboratory, manufacturing, or quality assurance environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and reports accurately.
• English-speaking oriented; trilingual ability (English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) is preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
