PT. Suntech Plastics Industries, an established manufacturer in the plastics industry, producing high quality products and reliable service to the Electronics, Bicycle, Battery, Home Appliances, Telecommunication, Office Automation and Speaker Equipment Industries, we are now offering opportunity for dynamic and committed professionals to join us for the following position.
Qualifications- Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred
- Understanding of ISO 9001/ ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / IATF 16949 / RBA with strong auditing skills, including the ability to plan and conduct internal audits and supplier audits
- Handling and monitoring implementation of government regulation
- To review customer document and create into internal document.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Have experience in the same field at least 5 years
- Handling and Monitoring External Customer Doc and internal Legal Doc
- Ensures that the organization maintains high quality QMS standards and complies based on relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001/ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / IATF 16949 / RBA), and regulatory requirements.
- Plan, conduct, and manage regular customer, internal and supplier audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
- Socialization of HSE & 5S to develop employee awareness of the importance of HSE & safety.
- Manage and maintain quality-related documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel.
- Investigate and document instances of non-conformance, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and track their implementation.
- Define and monitor key quality-related performance indicators KPI to track progress and identify areas needing attention.
- Manage changes to processes, procedures, or systems, ensuring they are evaluated for their impact on quality.
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction data to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- To review customer document (e.g., NDA, contract or QMS requirement) and create into internal document to ensure fulfil customer and government requirement
- Work toward and maintain certifications or accreditations related to quality management systems.
