Incoming Quality Control

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and parts received from suppliers.

Verify incoming materials against specifications, drawings, purchase orders, and quality standards.

Conduct inspections and tests according to approved inspection plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and industry standards.

Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials to the relevant departments (QA, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production).

Segregate and label rejected or suspect materials to prevent unintended use.

Maintain accurate and complete records of inspection results, test data, and inspection reports.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding quality issues and corrective actions for incoming materials.

Support supplier quality improvement initiatives and incoming quality audits when required.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of incoming materials.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct Leader/Supervisor.

Min. Graduated from Senior High School or Vocational high school

At least 1 years of working experience in relevant industrial and engineering manufacturing.

Ability to work in team or independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ability to operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Have a good communication skill, can speak English

Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude

Domicile in Batam will be preferred.
