Quality Manager

Job Responsibilities

• On-site Client Support & Process Expertise - Station at FATP client site as primary quality liaison; possess deep knowledge of injection molding processes and consumer electronics products (e.g., headphone/speaker enclosures).
• Issue Management & Validation - Own end-to-end handling of client feedback, including anomaly confirmation, data collection, and escalation to internal CQE; coordinate rework inspections, ensure technician qualification, and collaborate with PQL/CQE/PE teams on DOE validation and on-site testing.
• Daily Reporting - Compile and submit daily on-site reports covering IQC status, rework inspections, finished product re-judgment, and FATP line input metrics.
• Field Verification & Intelligence Gathering - Conduct on-site approval validation for key concession materials; proactively collect product performance data and market intelligence at client facilities.
• Client Relationship Management - Maintain daily communication with client stakeholders to foster strong partnership and ensure alignment on quality objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred; 5+ years of quality management experience in consumer electronics manufacturing.
• Proficient in quality management tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, MSA) and ISO 9001 standards.
• Familiar with Indonesian local market regulations, business culture, and supply chain landscape.
• Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) for business communication.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills under pressure.
