As part of the Manufacturing Quality Assurance team, you will:

• Conduct complaint and failure investigations following Corporate and site procedures.
• Review and approve customer complaint reports (as required).
• Collaborate across departments to generate technical investigation reports in response to customer complaints.
• Monitor complaint trends and provide feedback on the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support the Field Action Assessment (FAA) process.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines and report any HSE concerns.

• Experience in sample inspection, failure investigation, and complaint handling.
• Laboratory experience in a regulated manufacturing or quality environment.
• A proactive approach and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with medical device or pharmaceutical standards is a plus.
