Production Technician

The Production Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to ensure all production machines, tools, and equipment operate efficiently and reliably to support manufacturing operations.

• Perform daily checks, preventive maintenance (PM), and scheduled periodic maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair production machines, equipment, and jigs/fixtures when issues occur.
• Ensure all equipment operates safely, stably, and in accordance with operational standards.
• Conduct or coordinate calibration activities for relevant equipment.
• Record and report maintenance activities, machine downtime, and daily inspection results.
• Support machine installation, setup, parameter adjustment, and functional testing for new equipment.
• Implement improvement activities to increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Maintain a clean working area and ensure all maintenance activities follow safety and EHS procedures.

• Minimum education:
  
  Technical Diploma or Vocational School (Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related fields).
• Able to read electrical/mechanical diagrams.
• Good understanding of basic electrical systems: 1-phase & 3-phase, sensors, motors, relays, PLCs (preferred).
• Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing machines.
• Able to operate basic measurement tools: multimeter, caliper, oscilloscope (optional), etc.
• Knowledge of EHS and safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and ability to work under target or time pressure.
• Willing to work shift schedules.

• Experience in automation equipment, pneumatic systems, or laser machines.
• Familiar with maintenance‑related software (e.g., EZCAD, PLC basic programming, vision systems).
