A global leader in eye health is seeking a Manufacturing Improvement Lead in Batam, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, aimed at enhancing operational excellence in the production of innovative eyecare products. Responsibilities include leading Kaizen events, analyzing data to identify inefficiencies, and coaching others on continuous improvement practices.
