As a Manufacturing System Operator (Testing), you are responsible for managing the production line, analyzing any issues that arise, and providing corrective action recommendations, both temporary and permanent. You will also ensure that all safety, quality, and productivity standards are met in the production area.

• Manage and support the creation and updating of all manufacturing engineering testing documents, including:
  • Establish Testing standard work (APQP)
  • Line runner manufacturing activity (GSA) for test process concern rapid responder
  • Testing troubleshooting if Operation tester unable to solve
  • Line runner manufacturing activity (GSA) for tooling concern quick responder
  • Report on testing progress and outcomes
  • Identify, document, and track defects
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the testing process
• Follow up on findings and actions from eCI (Electronic Continuous Improvement) and AQE (All Quality Event) that directly relate to the production line.
• Support and follow up CAV-e Electrical.

• Minimum Diploma III or equivalent.
• Experience working in a production system environment.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and application.
• Effective communication in Indonesian and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules.

• Work may involve many active motions throughout the plant, including climbing stairs and ladders, lifting equipment, pushing and pulling tools.
