Responsible for leading all manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, strong supply chain integration, and consistent product quality. This role requires deep knowledge of supply chain management, quality systems, and operational excellence to achieve cost efficiency, on‑time delivery, and compliance with internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing & Operations: Lead and oversee daily factory operations to meet production targets, safety standards, and cost objectives. Develop and implement operational plans to maximize productivity, equipment utilization, and workforce efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate closely with procurement, planning, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow from suppliers to finished goods. Optimize inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, and finished goods) to support production continuity and cost control. Anticipate supply risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent production disruptions. Drive continuous improvement in lead time, supplier performance, and overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Quality Management: Ensure implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, GMP, or equivalent standards). Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. Promote a strong quality culture across the factory, ensuring products meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. Work closely with QA/QC teams to monitor quality performance, audits, and compliance.
  • People & Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop production, quality, and support teams. Set clear performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and report KPIs related to production efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with strong exposure to supply chain and quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Solid understanding of quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
