HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process
• Oversee attendance, payroll and compensation and benefit system and ensure its accuracy
• Manage company liaisons and licenses, foreign worker permit & relevant visa
• Manage the general affair, office supplies, employees’ social security and others employee
• Oversee training and development and performance management programs.
• Manage industrial relations and legal affair, company rule, regulation and policy compliance
• Ensure Health, Safety & Environment aspects are well managed and reported, and complied to law and regulation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource and general administration, preferably in senior role.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, well organized and high integrity personality
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail and good time management
• Proficient and fluent in English
• Familliar with HRIS software
