Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team WI TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA BATAM. As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our company. This is a full-time position based in Batam City, Riau Islands.

• Manage the day‑to‑day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with relevant International accounting standards and financial regulations
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
• Oversee the financial reporting (Monthly and Annually) and control systems
• Manage and develop the finance team
• Tax reporting:
  Tax 21, 23, 25, Export/Import Tax, Tax Restitution

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance manager or senior financial controller role
• The candidate must have manufacturing experience, preferably from a foreign‑invested (MNC) or import/export background
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional accounting certification Brevet A, B dan C and CPA would be an advantage
• Must be able to communicate in English, and Chinese capability would be a great plus.
• Have Effective and Efficient experience in Responding and handling SP2DK
