Sr. Account Officer

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fixed Asset Register.
• Update monthly Fixed Asset Register.
• Fixed Asset Sighting and controlling.
• Calculate & post the monthly depreciation.
• Capital Expenditure (capex) monitoring
• Check & post the Construction-In-Progress transactions.
• Support Asst. Superintendent on the Ad Hoc on Accounting task.
• Ad-Hoc job assigned by Superior
• Accountable for all the works done by him and all the inspection performed by the inspectors working under his command.
• Working within the company approved delegation of authority, budgets, and tasks assigned by superior.

Minimum:
Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university

• Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
• Fluent/understand organization related tools and process.
• Digital application understanding and operating ability

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Experience in General Ledger and monthly closing.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Able to work under pressure, accurate, honest detail and well organized
• Have good personality, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Good communication ability and interpersonal skill.
• Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken.
• Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability..

Desirable:
Experience in the treasury is preferred.
