Senior Account Receivable

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic team at PT VPower Operation Services in Batam, Riau Islands. This full‑time role is a crucial part of our finance and accounting operations, responsible for overseeing the management of our company’s accounts receivable.

• Check & review the production report (BA) from the commercial team before sending it to the customer
• Create billing documents for customers, ensuring they are complete and accurate in accordance with the existing Billing SOPs.
• Ensure timely issuance of invoices in accordance with contractual terms
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
• Coordinate with commercial and operations teams to resolve billing disputes
• Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
• Perform monthly AR reconciliations and ensure accurate ledger entries
• Prepare AR reports for management, including aging analysis and collection forecasts
• Ensure AR processes comply with company policies and relevant tax regulations
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and internal control purposes
• Upload all data and soft copy files to the G‑Drive and ensure the data is well‑maintained
• Identify opportunities to streamline AR processes and improve efficiency
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations related to invoicing and collections
• Ability to design and implement processes and document procedures
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment within a rapidly growing organization
• Highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheets
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to meet important deadlines
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Must reside in Batam
