Resident Engineer; ACS

PT Meinhardt Indonesia is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer – ACS to support a fast-track Data Center project in Batam.

As part of our consultancy & EPCM team, you will represent engineering integrity on site, ensuring technical compliance, quality execution, and timely decision‐making in a high‑pressure environment.

• Act as the Consultant’s on‑site representative for ACS works
• Review and monitor installation in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and international standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and client representatives
• Identify technical issues and provide immediate engineering solutions on site
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements
• Support progress reporting and technical documentation

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Data Center experience highly preferred)
• Strong technical capability and confident decision‑maker on‑site
• Experience working under consultancy or EPCM environment preferred
• Able to work in shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Based in Batam or willing to be deployed immediately
